We are seeking an established SAP Director or Transformation Leader with a deep understanding of SAP finance transformations to lead our Dublin-based client’s team to oversee and deliver an end-to-end project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for SAP Finance Operations, with a focus on S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance and integrated business processes.
• Partner with CFOs, Finance Transformation leads and technology executives to deliver operational excellence and business value through SAP.
• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance operations, from governance and automation to process optimisation and performance management.
• Collaborate with peers to develop and share best practices for Finance transformation, cost management and compliance in SAP.
• Represent the organisation’s SAP Finance capability in executive forums, advisory boards and strategic SAP finance events.

Requirements:

• Proven background as Director of SAP Operations, Head of SAP Finance, Finance Transformation Director, or SAP Programme Director.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance and financial process transformation.
• Strong understanding of finance functions, reporting structures and compliance in complex, multinational environments.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at CFO and C-suite level.
• A collaborative, forward-looking leader with a passion for finance innovation and operational excellence.
